The consultation fee is $150.
New patient appointments are $250. You will need to have labs drawn before your appointment if you have not had labs within the last year. Please coordinate a lab appointment with our office at 417-833-1100 before your scheduled visit.
If you are eligible for the GLP-1 Weight Management Program, the $150 fee is included.
Additional medication and lab costs are billed separately, if required.

Our Weight Management Maintenance Program is designed to help you sustain your results long-term with continued physician support and accountability.
Our maintenance membership includes:
- Weekly weight check-ins to ensure steady progress and early intervention if adjustments are needed
- A comprehensive annual in-office visit to review progress, update your health assessment, and renew your prescription plan
- During the visit, you will receive one year’s worth of prescription refills ensuring uninterrupted access to your medications and ongoing success for life
